I cannot access the community events within my game.
I was able to play the Good Night Good Luck event fine, as well as the Walking Dead event, but when I came back to play the Halloween event, I could not see the "Baka the Unfortunate" bounty giver anywhere at the Cathedral. I read somewhere that it doesn't work for players using Windows 7 or something like that. (But previous events worked fine for me on Windows 7?)
Now I have tried to play the For Honor event and have traveled everywhere in Villedor and am still unable to see any warriors or even orange shield icons on my compass.
I have tried the following steps all without success:

Verify game files in Steam. There was a corrupt file somewhere (13gb) and steam fixed and verified all files were up to date. I am using NO mods or addons; my game is base vanilla version 1.13.3c.

Entered the game, making sure that "Community Event Participation" was ON. I also made sure I was signed into Steam and made sure it said "Techland Online Service status: connected". I also logged in to the pilgrim outpost and completed bounties to make sure my game was interfacing with it properly (it was). I also made sure that my game was public, and that I could join other players' games (it worked).

I turned community event participation OFF and then exited the game entirely. Then I restarted the game and turned community event participation ON and then exited the game again, entirely. I restarted the game again and made sure it was still ON, and ran around Villedor for an hour and saw no warriors.

Since my game was after the story prologue, I started New Game+ with my save and ran around Villedor for a half hour after unlocking quests in the cathedral. I saw no warriors.
Why can I not see any events in my game? Everything has always worked fine (900+ hours played) except for these events. Does it really have to do with Windows 7? And why? How? The game plays flawlessly in all other respects with my Windows 7 computer. How would that prevent the event assets from appearing in my game? All the new zombies from 1.13 have appeared in my game just fine...
Thank you for your time. If there's nothing Techland can do or if they don't know why this is happening, just let me know that is the case. I'd rather know that, than wait for a later response. Thanks.
