I didn't start the questline early in game.
When I finally finished the main story and decided it's time to pick it up, I cannot find any respective NPCs in the game - neither the male Carrier member at PK base in Old Villedor nor the female Carrier member at PK ship.
So I missed out two newly introduced outfits and the "The Carriers Guild Assault" collectible which is locked behind Carrier X
please fix, thanks
