Hey there so Im on steam pc and ive been trying to launch the game and sometimes most it'll do is get to the begining screen with the name of the game then instantly freeze and crash. Ive tried verifying files and fully redownloading the game after deleting. I dont know what else to do at this point.

Techland has a support site that tells you how to get crash logs
Just look up Techland support on Google. It will be the first option. Then click Dying Light 2. Then look for a tab labled, "How to send us a message".
It will explain how to make crash logs there for steam
Its not hard. You just need to add "/verbose /fulldump" to the launch options for DL2 in Steam.
It will add the logs to a specific folder. Mine go to C:\Users"myUser"\documents\dying light 2\out/logs
