im not sure if i opened the safe before taking the quest or if its just acting up but i cant complete the quest anymore "the first biomarker"

well i was in single player
in case you are suffering from the same problem, i made a new game+ and the safe seems to be back
but i cant interact with it just yet
ill see if continuing the story helps

all i had to do was rejoin the game
