I don't know if this happens to anyone else but the original Banshee in the game doesn't seem to hardly spawn in for me even at level 4 chase but the Hag and the Halloween Variants both do spawn around the map, I'm just wondering if anyone else experiences this at all as I thought she was an active infected in the game, kinda like how the volatiles and other infected are.
