If you try to make a contract with the site to kill 1 anomaly in Downtown, it will not count, probably the reason for this is the new mechanics of repeatable anomalies

Similar issue on PS5. Anomaly C-A-78 doesn't count as doing an anomaly. My second attempt I got 1 shot with boosters active. After respawn I kept getting auto killed by timers for leaving zone. Have to quit out of game entirely to fix it.

I was thinking it was because it's a replay. We might have to NG+ for the anomaly bounties AND the artifact craft parts since that's just the military tech.
