I already completed all of the missions from the carrier side quests but I don't have the outfits because they were completed on an earlier save. How can I obtain these outfits in this situation.

I already did complete it on ng+ though. My save has ng+ almost 100% and tye carrier side quest is completed. I am asking for a way to obtain it (like the game checking if you have the quest completed and giving it to you) so that people like me can obtain it as well on an older save.

No, the game won't give you the reward unless you complete it after the update came out

Yeah it really should be retro active, not just forcing extra ng+ runs on people who want a BP or outfit tied to quests.
