I am not sure if this is normal but if it is they need to fix this. My monitors settings dont seem to effect it at all and my gamma is max.
Dont know what to do. The shadows are just too dark, almost pitch black. Wish i could post a screenshot too.

I use in-game gamma 17 and have no issue with it.
