I'm trying to claim the blueprint for the nightmare claws but it won't let me. It keeps telling me, there was some issue when granting the reward to you. Please try again or contact our support. I tried contacting support, but there was no issue button for this. Can somebody help me out?

i just claimed it now, its probably fixed now, try it

Claimed it but didn't recieve it in-game. I searched stash npc etc. and there is nothing there.
