my game has been soft locked for months and no help

I loved this game but I haven’t been able to play it for the past four months because of a soft lock that randomly happened after a new update I’m stuck on markers of the plague or you have to craft lock pics originally I was farther in my new game plus but then after one update, it randomly sent me back and I haven’t been able to play the game since

I think I had this issue. Have you tried using the rollback feature at all?

The problem is that I would lose 45+ hours if I did

In that time I finished my skill tree and got 46 legend level and other weapons

Ironically I know how to fix this one, run off find a lock pick and break all your picks then go back

How do i break the eggsisting one

I went to a building next to you, the mission shouldn’t lock you to hackon’s location

Basically what happened was you tried to join someone the game locked up, any time it locks up badly it reverts to this part of the game. You better pray you never get the revelations door bug took me 8 months on a 500 hour character to fix

That might be the problem because hakon won't move

And it says I'm going out of the area

Try going to the building next you, 9/10 times there’s a box with a lock

I can't find it there is a barrier that if o go past for 4 seconds it'll kill me

They changed it then, there’s no work around you have to break or drop all your lock picks to progress, you can’t join live lobbies nor roll back due to it being in the prologue. Maybe if you get lucky one day the devs can see this and allow us to drop lock picks would be the most efficient fix

There’s one more trick I do have this is stupidly complicated the odds of it working is really low if you can get it work but dashboard the game fully, go into lfg join a random persons game ( let it load from dashboard and select your character) if you can get “join failed” the game will auto crash and reset your prologue it took me 4-7 hours to replicate this every time. More than likely this will fail but it’s what I call a hard lock reset

I do not recommend this unless it’s a absolute last resort. This is stupidly hard to replicate
