Unable to upgrade weapon blueprint or craft any weapon on quatermaster menu since last 6-7 months. | Dying Light | Page 1

The C button hold press just fills the bar and doesn't upgrade, I can't buy new blueprints or upgrade existing one. Also holding left mouse for crafting any weapon also just fills the bar and doesn't do anything. Any fix would be appreciated. I am on my second playthrough with highest difficulty.
