Hey i just did the kill 20 enemies with the golden egg challenge ad i never got the blueprint for the weapon

I don't know why I have made 11 contracts from this new vampire event and I got a vial of blood and an outfit but I didn't get a weapon or a blueprint.

First you have to claim it. There's been a bunch of problems with manually having to redeem rewards. Any time they pop up automatically, there's usually no problems for anyone

Wait a hours or a few days, restart your game, and if all else fails, contact Techland Support

it took me two weeks of contacting support to be eligible for the crossbow I didn't get from one of the events I completed
