Do you have Dying Light 2 on a Blu-Ray disc rather than digitally? cause if so, that's the thing. You did a factory reset of your account. You lost your DLCs
Try contacting Techland via Techland Support rather than on the Discord Forum. Send them proof of your purchase and ownership and then they should beable to give them directly to you if you have your PS4 account linked to a TechlandGG / Pilgrim Outpost account

I'd assume you could send over your PSN Account details (username and such) so that they can review if you own the DLCs or not. If that isn't the case, then maybe try attaching it to an email that you could send to their support email??
You can either attach the image directly via the email that you'd send on the support site, OR you could go onto a site such as Imgur, upload the proof of ownership there, and then send over a link in the email to that image
