#Problem with fully getting into the game

Hello, first of all...I want to write that I have not played this game for a very loong time, yet this is the first time such thing happened to me (got about 180 hours from previous time), anyway here is the problem and very tricky one...I am able to launch the game correctly. And get into the main menu, change settings, browse shop and so on. Only somehow the achievements overlay for new Steam custumization does not work for some reason. But when I click continue, or try to play from campaign I am done. 3-4 seconds of waiting and then screen ''freezes'' and fps gets stucked at random number. And then game closes itself without any error message or crash report. I tried: reinstalling the game, verifying game files and even clearing the Steam cache with no success of fixing this problem. All drivers up to date and windows updates as well. So I am making this ''essay post'' and seeking help here...I am pretty much sad to admit it. But I am done with pretty much every possible option to fix this. And the worst is this is first time something like this happened. If you have any ideas or can you explain me what is going on, I would really appreciate it :). Thank you for reading this.

need to tell your specs, it's probably because of lack of ram

Well...If you really want to know my specs (but I did not put it there cuz I know it cannot be the problem). So: I will give base specs-GPU: RTX 4070 (laptop version=mobile-if you wanna call it like this), CPU: 3th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700H (2,40 GHz), Ram: 32GB and just some minor details: 240hz monitor resolution and yeah as I wrote in gpu, it is laptop of MSI. Hope this helped you. But to be honest, I am not 1 of those people who ask for help and don't know what their specs should be able to handle etc. I tried my best, but this seems rather like problem on Techland's (game side). 🙂

Hmm, I was searching on Steam forum for someone with same problem and found 1 guy with same problem, also tried to search everywhere with no fix. This is pretty weird. I have feeling it might affect just small amount of people, but I am still amazed how nothing I did even slightly helped. And I can't figure out what is that ''small'' thing that might be causing it...Anyway, thank you for trying to help me. Should I contact Techland support directly or wait here for answer or contact them elsewhere ?
