The game is lagging horribly after the update. As long as an input key is pressed down, the game video will stay frozen. Curiously the audio still keeps playing so the game world hasn't frozen, rather just some rendering issue brought by the update.
I've checked everything, drivers are up to date and restarted the game several times already.

I thought it was just my game , at 1 part during day , i only heard that lulalbye music the standing virals once again were frozen ( i watched a pk chopping at him, at least i got a lot of lol's watching, had to do the same as you

literally unplayable. Can't even play the event or test any new features because the game refuses to render everytime I press an input
And no this is happening to lots of people on PC
