Hey there 🙂 I posted this before,
I had the same problem on PS5, contacted the support and got told to rollback my save. Didn‘t work 😦
What helped me was:
Making a backup save in the cloud,
Rolled back my save game, which worked this time somehow,
closed the game,
downloaded my original save game from the cloud and I could play again. Hope this works for you.

Yeah i figured it out in the end I had to reinstall all my dlc
