ı finished game but game didnt said me you mmust speak to npc in pk and i didnt and now ıı cant see npc in pk ı have 75 hour and this is bull shit ım hating this game always bug

If I remember correctly there are 2 npcs you have to speak to, each are in one of the pk bases - in the old villedor and in the city, did you speak to the one in old villedor when you first got in their base?
