I'm getting it too. I'm on ps5 and everytime I load into the game it shows that I've completed the event. It's probably a bug on techlands side, hopefully it'll be fixed in the next update.

Same on PC, also the charm from the event never disappears from my stash despite having been claimed already

That happened to me on Xbox.
