DL2 Used to run fine on my PC: 16gb ram 6600xt r5 5600
and now all the sudden it says its in 90 fps on medium settings and it sure doesnt feel like it, its also stutters when every i look around.
i tried dx12 and 11 and tried very low settings and the fps gets higher but game doesnt feel smooth, discord is the only thing open as well

my performance took a massive hit and it can't even go above 60 during the day at all low settings so i guess its just the optimization being fucked up

It's a good pc but the game just probably stutters a lot

The only thing I can think to recommend is getting 32 gb ram, when i got it, it smoothed out my framerate a bit... but it could be because my motherboard supports quad-channel memory, not sure.
