Dark Game and Crossbow

Do i lose the Pk Crossbow when I start a new game + and why is the game at day sometimes so dark?

Yeah, all faction perks reset once you make a new game+
As for the lighting it's just a problem with how techland has done it, hopefully there will be a fix in the future
