My pre order stuff is not showing in game and the add on dlc for pre order i keep trying to uninstalling and installing back it i even reinstalled whole game few time still didn't work kindly plz help me out im not lying or anything

Did but replied with useless stuff didn't solve issue told to [From the Xbox interface, scroll down to DYING LIGHT 2. Press the button with three stripes on your controller and choose "Manage bundle". On the right side, you should see your DLCs ready to install. Install them, please, and they should appear in the game.]
I have already done this and it's not there that's why i contacted support
