can't find inhibitor

Hello I recently bought dying light 2 and for some reason I can't find any inhibitors is Werid I have a map of where they are and I can't find them can you help me

make sure youre not looking at new game + inhibitors, also some require you to do special activity (main quest, side quest, gre locations, defeating gre anomally etc.)

I'm already almost finished with the game and got 0 inhibitors
