#Revolution quest bug. Meet Hakon at his hideout. Please help

So i was just casually playing and then this bug happened. Wont showing yellow marker but whatever i know where is his hideout but when im arriving there its nothing like door which i suppose to open and start a cutscene just doesnt open and texting like - "Please wait" or smthg like that. Ive tried diyng and respawning at the last story point progression so its just tp me to the bazar and doesnt solve the issue. Then ive joined multipy ppl in online, still same. Tried to invite anybody in my game and make them to try open the door, still not working out. Im out of ideas

Update to this. TechSupport answered me that this bug cannot be fixed manually because most likely save file was corrupted somehow so its better to hope for fixes in next patches.
