Missing Pipe Bow Blueprint

[PS5] Just completed the ‘Let’s Waltz’ mission and while I got the Pipe Bow, I didn’t get a blueprint for it. It isn’t in my stash and I’ve tried resetting the game. Has it just vanished into the ether?
