Hey, This confused me at first as well, are you trying to get them for the achievement? because the DLC and Chapter 2 vendor added more collectables, Base game only has 117, then there are the tapes 63 and murals 70.

There are 7 new mementos comming. Afaik it will be comic books, probably introduced with the TWD Event.
