File save error

I am facing a very interesting error. When I logged in today, it said that my saved file could not be loaded and it would be restarted from the last save point. I had 100 Legend level characters and now it threw me back quite a bit, now my Legend level is 3 and restarted from half even though I finished all map missions. Also my event rewards are lost
