If I try to loot biters normally, I don't even get the prompt to do so. the only way to loot them , is to wait or kill too many of them in the same area, so their bodies despawn and the loot appears in "package" form, so this is a bug, right?

As you can see, there is no prompt.
This is the only way I can take loot, although this belonged to a viral.
