The first thing is the night experience, okay It's fun with how endless chases/hunts can get but the idea is about when you stop moving until the chase/hunt is over to loot the bodies... a volatile spawns again at the same place... the thing triggers endless chases/hunts, so it's like you have to use camouflage on every time you want to loot the bodies after the chase/hunt ends
The second thing is the new HUD, the new small HUD along with the white health bar is completely disappointing, it was much better when the immunity circle bars were big to show the remaining bars left before turning into a zombie as well as the violet color circle that's replaced with green color when you get near a UV lamp or a safe zone. I don't get the idea honestly...
The third thing is the new audio system that's been added lately, now it's hard to know where the infected are coming from until you get hit... like it's really confusing with how distant the voices become, it's just until you get hit then you'd know that there's an infected nearby, especially at night... also, the encounter alert sound became so quiet that it's now easy to miss an encounter without noticing it...
Oh and I forgot to mention something that's much more important which is the paraglider air sound, the playing parkour music, and other nice ambient music got quieter compared to the noisy air sound that kills the mood, like the thing is focused on the air noise instead of the music
I don't know what you guys are up to, but fixing these annoying issues would be better. Other than that the game became much better and fun. Thanks anyways

I also learned the hard way. But try prompting a chase near safe zone towers, on the rooftops. That way you have a definite escape route whenever a volatile is nearby. Also, try waiting for few seconds to a minute to let the dead bodies disappear so that you can loot the bags easily.
