so my vendor says i have 11 out of 70 and all the videos i've looked up are from april and only have 23 is my thing bugged and showing me a wrong number or have i missed out on weapons

There are 23 collectable blueprints some from missions others you can collect around the map. The rest is from bundles/events(some upcoming events or bundles) and some are from pilgrim outpost.
