I think that's one of the worst decisions they've made in this one - obtaining weapons. I remember after my first playthrough I wanted to do every achievement, so I played, enemies were getting harder and harder and I was unable to get any new weapons.

that is very strange the outpost armory won't allow to buy a weapon for a second, third, etc time. Hopefully that changes

I did too and my hussard broke too, but then with the Pilgrim Outpost weapons becoming blueprints I got a blueprint for it
