Check your stash to see if you can redeem the blueprint if you don't have it at the craftmaster and if you still don't have it be sure you claimed the Kyle Crane Bundle on Pilgrim Outpost (you have to reclaim it again since the Good Night Good Luck update)

Yes you keep the blueprint, no problem for that

It is always at the craftmaster, no need to redeem it again for it to be available
