Cant jump and impossible to climb

every time i jump in the physical parkour aiden will only jump like 1cm and when i jump on the trampoline then aiden will jump high twice and when i try to swing with the ropes then aiden will be stuck in place and this is for both for physical and for assisted

Bc you have to hold the jump button to jump higher and to bounce higher on the trampolines

no every time i jump normally it aiden wont jump he will do like a 1cm jump and thats it and when i spam it it might jump higher

im having the exact same problem i jump normal on the assisted parkour setting but on physical normal jumping and holding space does nothing
