First, go to main instalation folder, Dont uninstall the game but delete all files in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dying Light 2".Next verify integrity of game files. When finished go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dying Light 2\ph\work\bin\x64 right click on "DyingLightGame_x64_rwdi.exe" Go to properties, select compatibility tab select "disable full-screen optimisations". Apply changes and run the game.
