Carnage Manica Shield problem

Every time I do a new game+ I get multiple Shields that Overload my accessories slots in my stash that ruins the experience. PLZ make the Carnage Manica dropable so I don't have to risk deleting my save or something else. TECHLAND devs need to answer this!
