I am writing to express my frustration with the lack of updates and communication regarding the missing features for the PS5 DualSense controller. Despite three open support tickets, we have not received any response. The absence of promised features, such as adaptive triggers and haptic feedback, is disappointing. I expect immediate action, including a clear update and timeline for implementation.

Ignoring this issue will impact console gamer support for your games and reputation within the gaming community.

are you talking about console support or PC support? Dualsense on PC was fully supported but an update broke the thing back in August, and it's the only reason I've been trying to avoid playing it, since I bought my dualsense specifically for this and other games

On my side I’m talking about PS5 and it never works since the game release despite Techland said it fully supported

I remember when the game first came out and PC and it did have haptics and trigger functions, but I'm reading that haptics are broken on console too? Yikes.

The functions on the PC were great. It's a shame Techland can't get it to work anymore. Or doesn't want to anymore. Or doesn't have the license from Sony for the PC anymore?! But what annoys me the most is that they don't communicate fairly what the problem is, or what they plan to do. I had two tickets opened that were succinctly answered, "Yes, we know about it. Yes, we care." That's it!

Its just completely irrelevant compared to the problems the game had from the start if anyone is a clown here then entitled people who think their Controller haptics destroy their game. Lmao sorry but this is hilarious

Are you playing on PS5 also ? Maybe we are not talking to the same thing when you hit an ennemie there is an adaptive vibration on your controller ?

Nah adaptive triggers on this game just sucks, it only does it with like swinging weapons, and the vibration works as far as I can remember but it's been a bit

It look like a detail but I really can’t play without it. I come back on DL1 with my friend where this feature is actually there and it make a huge difference in term of feeling

It's really weird it shows up correctly on like one of dlc covers if I remember but doesent show up right in game

Or anywhere else for that matter even on like YouTube videos of dl2 its cyan and dl1 has the same problem
