I just submitted a ticket and totally forgot to attach the save file. I attached the crash log but not the save file. Can I reply to the email that was generated or do I just need to wait for a reply?

for the people who look the save file on pc: documents/dying light 2/out/save backups or you can send the latest files from the logs file. it might help them finding the problem

then look for the backup files that tokajero added. those are the same ones just delete the .bak parts

I wanted to stream today but the only fair thing to do is explain to my people how i lost 240 hrs of my life.... After i update the game , i agree to convert my saved file into a new version but after this my game just crash... so damn pissed and yes, i already send a ticket with a crash report
