after few relaunches it fixed tho i have to turn off a lot

my games crashed today 2 times as well, after file veficiation I was playing for 45 mins without any crash, I dont have idea why As no files was damaged, and day before I was plaing without any issues, I have pretty decent pc, so well, its dl2
but 16 gb is fine so its should be a issue

16 gb is fine as long as you are not running like 10 other things that consume ram

if you have to turn off a lot of stuff im guessing you have other software/apps that use some amounts of ram and that is not necessary for the pc and the game to run, if you don't want to have to turn them off every time you want to play the game I suggest upgrading to 32 gb

i did have 32 till 16 gigs broke and now im waiting for replacement
and i wouldnt say discord opera gx and steam are heavy applications

i think only once but it didnt happen often so its error occouring at 16 gigs of ram
