Ive obtained a copy of DL2 and ive been getting only lag spikes. Even with my quality all the way dowm im still getting lag spikes; anyone know any nvidia settings that might help ?

how are you so sure that the graphics card is the problem?
what are the other components that you are using (cpu, ram, ssd/hdd)?
