I've got Dying Light 2 installed via Steam. I've verified files, re-downloaded, upgraded and downgraded video card drivers (NVidia GTX 1660Ti). I've tried disabling the Steam overlay, I've tried "/nolightfx", and I've checked that video.scr is specifying DX11.

The only real weird thing I have going on is the age of the motherboard and CPUs, but they give me no problems in anything else.
