can't loot from evac convoys

I'm trying to complete undead or alive challenge but cannot since theirs no option to picklock the doors it doesn't show. Is their way to grt the mean ass gun?

I'm still trying but sadly won't work is their a amount of time I'm supposed to wait or is it bugged?

u have to wait before u can loot them again
but u can get the weapon from special infected
