Hello,
I just installed the game and started it for like 15 minutes but it's just too crazy dark. I cannot see the face of other NPCs or nothing even in front of me (with light or at night). It's unplayable and I cannot find any option to add brightness... The brightness of my monitor is at full, HDR off... Any help? Thanks

i have this problem too and gamma doesnt seem to help

In gpu drivers you can adujust brightness too.
