I ended the DLC Bloody Ties and i cant enter to the swimming pool.

You can not access the swimming pool after the end of bloody ties, you only get access to it during the first mission.

Well, that's nonsense, being able to have one more area and make a safe zone so that in the future you can add a chapter there or some side quests...
