someone said that it counts hazmat guys and not the actual bombers

if so, the description is misleading

but nah, just tested both and it doesnt count for any of them

Yeah! I'm getting the same problem

It's odd because I've done da bomb DL1 quests in the past and they've progressed fine. It seems to be just this quest that's bugged for this weeks (on DL1's side)
I have tried the refresh button as well. Clearing cookies or full page refreshes doesn't work :(
