As I was redeeming my items on PlayStation, I was in the process of unlocking Lawan’s bundle. And only received 1/3 of the items, giving me her paraglider, and nothing more. It did not cough up her crossbow, & the character itself.  I remember the game freezing, forcing me to re-launch the the application as soon as a hovered over her specifically. If there’s anybody out there that has encountered this bizarre problem and has found a solution, do let me know. Would greatly appreciate it.
