Bug: Releasing an electrical cable that you're hanging from as a result of running out of cable mid-fall can cause a CTD.
Location: Observatory, C Block during the Veronica mission, though it's fair to assume that this could possibly be replicated elsewhere - Can't test myself unfortunately, as I've ran out of electrical wires.
Description: Upon reaching C Block in the Observatory during the Veronica mission, I picked up the A power cable and climbed the crates to enter the gap in the ceiling and drop down on the other side. Upon dropping down, I realized that I didn't have enough cable to make it to the generator, as I needed to open an additional door, and I was now hanging from the ceiling via the cable. Upon hitting the prompt to release the cable, my game froze, and then CTD'd after a few moments.
Replicable: Unknown at this time, but it's entirely possible. I have my Top Guys on it.
