i haven't had this since i bought this game last week, but now for some reason, my game keeps getting the worst stutter every, i run a rtx 2070 super and a ryzen 7, and i suspect the new nvidia driver update has to do something with this, i tried lowering the settings to the lowest, and it makes no difference

Those insane stutters are caused by wrong setting and/or a bloated os. Maybe instable oc.

As you see it is not. Ppl cry about bad performance cuz they dont know how to properly set shit up. Yes, games devs are lazy and dont optimize games like they used to. Either they dont play the game with bad performance or they fix it themselves.
