It's a serious matter because I bought something and I DIDN'T receive it, as you can imagine it's very frustrating because I would assume I would get a response about getting SCAMMED very fast...

I think the Pilgrim Outpost site is having some issues to say the least. This might sound like a first world problem, but I have DL2 on Steam and Xbox, and I have my Steam and Xbox accounts linked to the site, and was told that i would get rewards across all platforms that were linked on there , but I'm not getting anything I've purchased with my points on my Xbox . I also didn't get my rewards from the viral rush event on my xbox game even though i got over 400 heads on my xbox game , and i should've gotten the participation rewards, and the pickaxe blueprint for the 100 heads.
I emailed Techland about a week ago and haven't heard anything back from them about this
