When I got the game a few months ago, after linking my steam account (the platform I play dl2 in) to the website, I could claim rewards and they went into my stash. Now, I never recieve them. For example, I tried buying a renegade boss mask with my tokens. I bought it, the tokens were deducted, but I didn't get anything in game. Also, even if I do the objectives of the pilgrim outpost's bounties, it never contributes anything, even if I refresh

In case you haven't checked... see the Extra tab.. that's where the rewards go.
If you did check, you can try unlinking your account and linking it back.. may just be a stupid glitch in the system.
If not, I guess you should email support

Doubt it will, it's not a game thing, it's about the website, I don't see how installing back will do anything.
