I want to upgrade lots of modifications for my weapons but I only can upgrade one type of modifications and I dont know how to upgrade the other types, they dont appear in the upgraders shop

now the only thing i can buy from this trader is recourses

i have the blueprints but in lvl 1 and they dont appear in the store to upgrade
