Infected Blade BP is no longer sold by the Fish Eye merchant?

Bonjour! so I am in my 5th playthrough and when I got to the fish eye, neither vendor, nor the craftsmaster is selling the blueprint for the infected blade? anyone know how I can acquire it? its a valuable tool in my arsenal and I never go anywhere without a few :(

You should be able to craft those, even upgrade them
